Introduction to Fundamentals of Pilates
If you’ve never taken a Pilates class this is for you. This 4 week series will teach you everything you need to know to have a strong foundation to expand your Pilates knowledge. The classes will be small so you receive focused attention making sure your posture and performance of each movement is effective and maximizing your workout.
These classes are small giving you personalized attention. These classes may be taken in any order and will build upon the training from the Fundamentals class. Each class will be unique and have a specific focus. You will get a full body workout with emphasis on the focus of the day. These classes are great for beginners and advanced Pilates students.
